Default 2015 VW Jetta Brake Issue

almost 9 months now ive been trying to fix the brake issue with my 2015 Jetta 1.8t. Basically when I press the brakes the pedal sinks. There is no resistance. I would have to pump the brakes to stop faster. I replaced both calipers, the master cylinder 4x, the brake booster, the brake booster hose, the vacuum pump and then I read there was a recall for the exhaust camshaft that caused the exact issue I am having. I bought one and replaced it and replaced the timing chain and water pump since the car has almost 90K on it. Today is when i replaced both calipers and bled the brakes again 2x on each wheel. And the issue persist. If anyone can help me I would really appreciate it. And there are no codes popping up on the scanner relating to my issue.
