Problem with Golf mk 4 oil in coolant bottle

Default Problem with Golf mk 4 oil in coolant bottle

I wonder if anybody can help me i have a mark 4 golf gt tdi 110 2001 ,the problem i am having is there is oil getting into my coolant bottle i have had it flushed but still comes back after a week or so, doesn't contaminate quickly seems to gradually thicken as oil slowly disappears from engine the stop warning light illuminates and reads check coolant would be grateful for some help thanks Tony

You have one of three problems, a blown head gasket, a cracked head or a cracked block. Have you had an overheating episode?

No i have had it pressure tested and its ok , no over heating at all runs ok is there any seals i should be looking at . thanks Tony

I don't know much about diesels but, the only thing I can think of is maybe the valve cover leaking into the coolant from where the coolant leaves the engine. Someone else had this same problem but he never wrote back to say what the problem was unfortunately.
