Hello guys ,
I have a problem with electric trunk lid of my VW Passat B6. The trunk works fine until the car sleeps, after the car sleeps the trunk opens half way or opens fully,but when I press the close button its tried to opens more. There is no errors in trunk lid unit. I see at the live data that the lid at closed position is at 71%, not 0 - 2.5% like is specified in VW data. When press the button to open the lid goes thru 100% and starts again from 0% and stop at different percents. I tried to stop motors at 100% in the live data and remove them from the car, remove sensors and move manually motors to fully open position and insert them to the car, but is still the same problem.
tried to open it manually half a way and push together both buttons of the lid, while the rear lights blink, but one time the lid goes to open other time goes to close.

Is there any procedure for adaptation of the motors ?

I will be so gratefull if anyone can help me to solve the problem !
