Default 2011 VW CC Sport

Hi,
This is my first VW beyond the 70’s. It has about 95,000 on it. It has a new battery, new alternator, new water pump. I changed the oil the other day and replaced a catch can hose that was leaking. I cranked the car up, it ran for about 30 seconds then died. It won’t crank again. Prior to that, the tire sensor and ESP(car with skid marks) light was on. I was told I need to replace the wheel sensors, and that was a couple months ago. It’s been running fine, until not cranking again. There are no lights in the dash, it won’t turn over, no clicks, nothing. You put the fob in and it’s like it’s dead. The battery is new but I had it tested just in case. I’ve checked all the fuses in both boxes and none of them are blown. I’ve already put so much money into replacing the parts I listed above. Any ideas?

First posts normally go in introductions else you could get a free fix and we never see you again!!!

Default Welcome to Volkswagen Forum - Rules & Recommendations

You need to get your motor scanned (preferably with VAG-COM\VCDS) for any error codes logged in the ecu and post them, that will save a lot of guessing and check systems out.

I tried scanning it, but it tells me there’s a connection error. I assume because the car won’t turn on. There is nothing when you put the fob in. I guess I’ll have it towed somewhere. If anyone knows a trustworthy place near Tampa, I’m all ears.
Best Regards.

Scanned it with what a generic scanner?
