Default 2010 Passat wagon brake pedal dropping to the floor under pressure

Hi please help I'm having a hard time figure this one out

Problem : brake pedal went soft 2days afters a brake pads change. The pedal is going all the way to the floor under pressure and is very soft on first application but only when the engine is on
What i did : 1: change pads with vcds procedure and test for rear electric caliper
2: my first diagnostic was a bad master cylinder so i replaced it whit a new one
3: bled the brake 9 times twice with a vaccum pump and bleed the abs valve using vcds procedure twice all new brake oil
4: check vaccum leak with vaccum gauge vaccum is at 27
5: check for leaks every caliper, abs module, master cylinder all hoses brake line chevked 10 times there is none
6: change all caliper one by one (used caliper from a friend car)that changed nothing
7: changed all brake hoses just n case no result
8: checked brake booster vaccum by removing the hose pedal goes very hard just like when the car is turned off
9: checked the brake booster hose for any crack there is none when i disconnected the hose i heard that there was indeed vaccum building in the booster
10: no abs light , no code stored

Anyone has any idea I'm thinking this might be the abs module but there is no code or abs light and seeing the price of that thing I'm very reluctant to change it without beeing 100% sure it is my problem
Any advice is welcome I'm very lost here

First posts normally go in introductions else you could get a free fix and we never see you again!!!

Default Welcome to Volkswagen Forum - Rules & Recommendations

Is that a genuine VCDS cable or a cheap Chinese cloned cable?

Post approved.

That isn't an easy question to answer on a forum.

The brake pedal dropping to the floor I would say the brake master cylinder has a problem but you have changed that.

Did you follow the correct procedure for bleeding ABS brakes with VCDS?
