Default Mk2 GTI Brake Fault

hello people, i wonder if you can help me.
I have a 1988 E-Reg Golf GTI 16Valve, I have recently had to change a brake flexi hose on the n/s/f and the connecting brake pipe to the 3-way split. Also i have change the o/s/r caliper and o/s/r brake pipe that leads to the flexi hose. I have bled the system, checked for leaks and check the brake regulator for movement.
But after all of this i am unable to get any kind of good brake pressure at the pedal.
When the pedal is pumped with the engine on or off pressure will built but will drop off rapidly.

Any ideas? Master cylinder ?

HELP NO BRAKES, CAN`T STOP!!!
