2002 Passat won't start

2002 Passat won't start
I have a 2002 Passat with 1.8T engine. Stalled then would not re-start. It will crank, but not fire. Battery tested fine.
EPC and engine light are on. I did manage to pull a code. P0685 ECM/PCM power relay control circuit/open.
Anyone else run into this with a solution? Thanks.
