Default Serpentine Belt

My GLX has 60K miles and I am wondering whether or not to change the belt as a precaution. Any idea what the job entails and what the cost would be for doing it at the dealer versus myself?

Thanks

The belt will run you about 50 bucks at any parts store. All you need is an open end wrench to use on the tensioner to take the tensionoff of the belt. It shouldn't take you more than a half hour to take off the old one and put on the new. It is a good idea to change them when you start to see wear on the belt.
