2.0 Serpentine Belt Tensioner

I have bought some wheel bearing grease and I am looking to pack some grease into my Serpentine (Accessory) belt tensioner pulley. Anyone know if the bolt is reverse thread or not?

look at the threads and see what way to turn it. and just cause im curious why wheel bering grease there?
