hey guys, i'm new to the vw community and i honestly don't know anything bout these cars. But i'm really interested in getting a 2002 Jetta GLX VR6. are there any problems this car has? electrical? mechanical? im also lookin to do a few upgrades to the car. intake, exhaust, and suspension only. what type or brand is recommended? thanks for your patience and answer guys. i hope to learn alot from this forum. thanks.

well that year and that engine, you shouldnt run into many problems if any. basically, for the mods your lookin for pretty much everything is similar and depends on what you want. i have a neuspeed short ram intake, planning for a magnaflow exhaust, and have eibach pro spings. so yea, what you buy extra is all in what you're lookin for. i guess, the thing to look out for could be coil packs, ive read that they have some issues with coil packs. i havent yet *knock on wood*
