Noise from right front
I purchased a used 06 jetta 39k miles. Previous owner lowered it with H&R springs, it had 19" wheels on it before I purchased it now running stock 15"; I have had the car for approx 5 days. I have a noise coming from front end of the car, sounds like a continuous thumping sound that gets louder when the wheel is turned slightly but taking full turns doesn't make a sound as if it was the CV joint. Dealer mechanic says "it's the springs moving in the pockets and the different drive line angle due to being lowered." Doesn't make any sound when not in motion and turning the wheels.
Any suggestions or answers would be helpful before something major happens; have a hard time believing the dealerships.
