So, as winter came around I found that my heat wasn't working optimally. I have done a coolant flush and blew out the heater core, didn't really change anything. The heat to cold air changer in my cab doesn't really seem to do anything. We have looked at the Bushing that moves the blend door and it doesn't look broken. I have an 2002 jetta TDI. What could be wrong. Any and all suggestions welcome!

It isn't easy to diagnose on the web without seeing the vehicle.

You need to get your motor scanned (preferably with VAG-COM\VCDS) for any error codes logged in the ecu and post them, that will save a lot of guessing.
