Default Burning Red Fluid Under hood, Pic included.

Hello,
For a long time I have had a gunky red buildup on the engine, neighbor mechanic and I have differing views on the problem. Wanted to see your opinions.
I've cleaned the gunk out before, this is about.... perhaps 8 months or a years worth of build up. And my Antifreeze I add is yellow or green yet is always red when I add more, haven't flushed it fully in a while.
One pic showing engine location, from same spot zoomed in, and an even closer one showing the consitancy.

Thanks! Steve

Cool

It looks to me like you have a coolant leak. I can see a greenish tint to the color. Looks like a mixture of red and green. It could be one of the plastic fittings or a hose or a sensor o-ring.
