97 Jett a Problem with windows
Hello world,
I recently purchased a 97 Jetta 2.0 and when I checked it out all seemed well except for a few things that happen over time. Well I found out that when my headlights are on, my windows don't go up. I don't have the slightest clue what could cause that. The windows work fine when the headlights are off and the window rolls down when they are on. I have Googled quite a bit and haven't found anything out. I would truly appreciate some help.

Welcome to the forum. 
You need to get your motor scanned (preferably with VAG-COM\VCDS) for any error codes logged in the ecu and post them, that will save a lot of guessing. You can do more investigation with VAG-COM\VCDS.
