Default 2009 Jetta TDi

I'm interested in buying a VW Jetta TDi very soon. Was wanting to know what they have been going for and if there is anything in particular that I need to look for (must-have options etc...)

Thanks

I just got a new 2009 jetta tdi 3 days ago. We got about $800 of of the sticker price. They are not discounting a lot because they are selling fast. I highly recommend the sunroof. It is really worth it. The DSG transmission feels very sporty and is nice.

I have a TDI Sportwagen on order, with DSG, sunroof, mats, and alloy wheels as the options. Sticker is $27,619 and I'm paying $26,600 after a round of negotiating with 2 dealers. This is about $600 above invoice. You may get a little better deal with the sedan if that's what you're after. Good luck!

There are very few options on the tdi ... manual trans/dsg (auto) ... sunroof ... nav.

Then a few "market" options (wheels, mats, etc.)

As for not discounting ... the sedans are much more available than the JSW's .. its not uncommon to find a dealer to discount a TDI Sedan.
