Default 08 jetta 2.5 can u help me indentify this part?

So

i had the pcv failure and i got my intake full of oil, car started running like **** it misfires like hell, first i tought i put bad gas since i took some gas and look contaminated... putting fresh new gas and putting new plugs and coils... i cleaned the intakr and put a brand new maf sensor... still misfires but on checking the engine i discover i have an open hole in the engine like on the head... u can stick ur finger and fill the inside of the valve cover lol... so im missing like a cap thats what i think.. the next to it is still there but the other one is an open hole.. i dont know the name of the part. Can this be replaced? Like i just buy the cap and put it on the car? Thanks

Without searching ETKA or ElsaWin I can't tell you what that circled part is.
