07 jetta a/c inop until engines gets hot
My a/c does not blow cold until the engine gets hot enough to make radiator fans turn on. The fans will not turn on when a/c is on and engine is cold. It does not blow cold while driving either unless fans are on. Both fans are on when engine is hot. Any ideas?
