2000 beetle 2.0 na rough idle until warm up?

My beetle idles rough until warm up?? I cant even drive it till it warms up as it misses so bad?? Any help would be appreciated

Mine is doing the same thing. The local VW dealer said there was leaks in my vacum hoses. We have found one and replaced it and have since found 2 more and are working on replacing them. I would check your hoses
