Can someone please help me with my air conditioning? The compressor will not run. I have power on the plug at the compressor, however there sounds like there is a relay clicking somewhere under the intake. I put a test light on the plug and it just lights for a quick second after the clicking sound and then the light goes off which tells me that i am just getting a burst of power every time that the clicking noise sounds. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

 

its scorching hot outside and i really would like to get this thing fixed, anyone have any ideas?
