Seatbelt with Tensioner Replacements

2015 Volkswagon Golf TDI 4 door hatchback VIN: 3VW2A7AU7FM021771 Driver and passenger seatbelts dual stage with pretensioners. Black webbing seatbelts. Do you know where I can purchase replacements besides the dealer?
