Can someone please confirm for me if the timing belt for a 2008 Golf City 2.0 is the same as other Golfs.

I've got 112K KM on the car …I know I'm over due to change the belt, pump etc. just need to ensure I order the correct one

Where do you live as I've never heard of 2008 Golf City 2.0. They made a 1.4 & 1.6 CITI Golf in 2007.

Well the BEV engine code lists a few modes.

Golf 09/01>, New Beetle 03/04-09/10, Jetta 05/02-05/05 and a few other countries but you don't say where you live?

Ask the supplier to be sure.
