Default Golf IV - inquiry about the door censor and so.

Hi guys,

When i open the the driver car-door the cabin light doesn't switch on. Until recently the light had worked when i opened at least the rear door (at the driver side). Now I learn it doesn't work either. It suddenly stopped working.

BTW: The other doors on the other side of car are OK - the cabin light always switches on.

Is it cause by the censor? Is the censor (a kind of electronic switch) inside the door locker?
Or could it be the safety-fuse?

Moreover, the light inside the trunk also doesn't work when i open the back door. I am quite puzzled.

Thanks a lot.
