Default Vw eos

Hi, I have a VW EOS which is regularly serviced. Lately I have had the curly yellow engine warning light come on, also a message of Engine Failure. The car seems to lose its power a little bit. Once I turn off the engine and get back in it 10 minutes later there is no warning light. It seems to be intermittent but happening more frequently now.. Anyone know what the problem is? Thanks Ursula

There is really no way to say what this is without have a diagnosis performed. For example, my check engine light came on three weeks ago but my 2015 Eos was running fine (85k miles). A computer diagnosis disclosed cylinder misfires. The local VW service center found severe carbon build up in the intake valves that had to be cleaned out to avoid what would lead to worse engine issues later on.

If your engine light cam e on and went away, it will come back. Get it diagnosed ASAP and see what the real issue(s) are.

Thanks for sharing this information about the VW EOS! It's always great to see discussions and resources for Volkswagen enthusiasts. Speaking of driving, I came across an interesting page on https://praca-kierowca.pro/uber-z-w%...nym-samochodem . It looks like they have some valuable insights on Uber driving with your own car. If you're a VW EOS owner looking to earn some extra income with ridesharing, you might find it useful to check out!
