hi, first time posting. borrowed the bosses t4 for the week while hes away on holiday. starter motors packed up. tried the old tappin it trick which worked at first. now nothing....any ideas how to get the van moving tomorrow for work? I know how passionate the vw folk are..surely someone has a tip?...thanks

You need to do some circuit checking on the starter system. Obviously if your away from home then tools are limited. Check all battery cable connections along with connections on the starter motor. Is the battery any good do the headlamps light up? Along with starter relay.
