I bought a 97 Golf GL Jazz on Friday and here I am.

I have the sickness, I am all over ebay looking at all the neat little crap I can buy for the wonderful thing.

I've always owned Cavaliers and always hated them. Now I have a beautiful VW in my driveway, and I can't wait to register it on Wednesday and probably burn out the clutch within the first week.

i finally get to drive it tomorrow, thank god. i'm sick of just looking at it.

i find that i want to know every single thing about my car and other VWs now that i have one. but i have always owned cavaliers and i am finally getting a car i like at 24. it is quite exciting.

 

You'll learn the car real fast when parts start going lol I hope you do your own oil changes!!!

LOL, you said it Jeff!! Couldn't have said it better myself...bukapolo, you'll be getting all the practice of fixing your car you can imagine, when one thing goes wrong, it dones't stop, not all at once..

 

now now dont be scareing them. itll be fine easy to work on these cars, get yourself a haynes manual and get your hands dirty

 

Yeah really thanks a lot. I am ordering a Haynes from ebay and everyone around me is a car know-it-all ***, so I should be okay.
