Default Drive axle seal??

Right side of my auto trans seems to be leaking just behind the rotating assembly at the transmission (axle assembly) Is this a common problem and is it a easy repair?? Also does the motor mounts have a black fluid in them???

some mounts on the early carshave a very sticky thick oil like stuff that will leak out when the rubber gets cracked dont know if its the mount braking down or old oil or if they just put it in for a little bit of a dampner
what year is your car? 90-97?

The drivers side motor mount rubber bushingis whereI thoughtthis black water type stuff poored out. Like 1/4 cup worth. There are these 2 hoses (not sure what they go to) that are connected to the bottom of the rubber bushing, and I was thinking that the fluid could also come from these.

The lines seem to go under the rear of the oil pan then over to the bottom of the motor mount and then up into the driver compartment (towards that direction). It seems like a plastic cover type material over small lines. Still looking for online diagram to do a trace.
