Door open indication in display

Door open indication in display
According to the manual, the display shows like this if any doors are open
Displays
Fig. 13 In the instrument cluster display: A: Open engine hood, B: Open rear hatch, C: Open front driver side door, D: Open rear passenger side door.
My 2016 tiguan 1 (type 5N) does not indicate rear door open (both left and right rear door) when they are open. Other doors (front left and right, trunk and hood) if open will be indicated in the display. I have scaned with OBDeleven but there are no faults relating to this. Does anybody know why and how to fix it?
Thank you very much.

First posts normally go in introductions else you could get a free fix and we never see you again!!!
OBDeleven isn't a true scanner. You need to get the software updated by a dealer.
You need to get your motor scanned (preferably with VAG-COM\VCDS) for any error codes logged in the ecu and post them, that will save a lot of guessing and check systems out.
