I own a Polo 1.2 diesel from 2011.
I experience a short high pitch noise/whistle when accelerating, coming from the back of the car.
If I accelerate slowly and constantly, the sound is not there. But if I accelerate quickly it can be heard at 2000-2300, for a couple of seconds, then it disappears.

I would appreciate any idea.

I tried to find similar issues in YouTube but I wasn't able to.

 

I can't hear anything specific in that video it isn't very loud.
