Power Window Circuit Breaker, Firewall Drain tubes on 2000 Passat 2.8L Wagon GLS

Can someone please advise ASAP where is the Power Window Circuit Breaker which sometimes needs reset and the 2 engine compartment drain tubes on each side of the Firewall on my 2000 Passat 2.8L 30 valve 5sp manual Wagon GLS ???
