2003 passat..When I insert cd an error msg 1 appears. It was working one day the next it did not. Tried multiple different cds to no avail. Manaul says machine malfunction. No ###. Any suggestions besides repair shop. Thanks

Also does anyone out there know how to remove lens cover for interior lite above the sun visor? Does not seem to just snap off.
