2021 VW CC Rear Passenger Door power issue
Sometime during the last week, something happen to the Rear passenger side door lock and window controls on my 2010 VW CC Sport. Here are the symptoms:
1. The remote does not lock/unlock this door.
2. The interior lock/unlock toggle switches will not lock/unlock the door. In fact, these are supposed to be illuminated when you turn on the system, and they are not.
3. The window raise/lower switch will not work and it is not illuminated either.
4. I cannot lower/raise that rear window with my front driver side door controls. Also, I cannot lock/unlock that rear door with my front driver's side door lock switch.
5. I can open the door if it is locked with the interior handle. And, of course, I can lock/unlock with that "emergency" door lock on my plastic "emergency key".
6. Probably most important, if the door is unlocked, and I open the door with the Exterior handle or the Interior handle, the window does that thing of moving down about a 1/2" like it is supposed to, to clear the weather stripping. And once the door is closed, it moves back up again.
Logically, power is getting to at least the window motor and maybe the sensors from interior/exterior door handles. And the locks themselves work. But, it appears to me that voltage/current is obviously not getting to the lock/unlock and window controls and this points to a disconnected control line, or maybe a short. I've taken the door wire harness boot off , where the wiring harness plugs into the frame, to look for any broken wires and found none. There is not a fuse for that line that I can see.
So, what I really need to have is a wiring diagram showing which control line or lines go to the door locks and window controls. That way I could make take voltage/ground measurement on the harness connector or, worst case, take the door apart and see where the failure is. Would one know where to get the diagram? Or, maybe someone had this same problem and could tell me the likely culprit? Only on that one door. Thanks very much!

Did you resolve it? I'm having exactly the same problem with a 09 CC I recently bought, which I wrote up as follows before finding your thread:
09 Volkswagon CC rear passenger door window and lock not working. It's funny that all the windows do their little 1/4" drop when exiting the car, but the rear passenger door window and lock are not working. Fuses and switches seem to be good. Don't know if the window and lock are connected or just coincidental both on same door don't work.

Ewilli, yes I did. You have the same problem as I did and the issue is the window motor, for me (same as you) in the passenger side rear door. Part number for that window motor is part # 3C8-959-704-D-VW4. The motor is not just a simple motor, but has a controller in it. So, yes, the window motor controls the locks and windows for the door, so I lost locking with the door toggle switches and the remote and, most critically, the security circuits do not complete. Thus, the security electronics stay armed such that it is a drain on your battery, eventually killing the batter after about 3 or 4 days. Also, you may have noticed the horn doesn't briefly sound when you lock the door with the remote. The motor/conroller just bolts to the side of the door, but you have to take the interior door panel off to get to it. That's not too bad, but a word of caution about the clips that hold the door on: it's not quite as easy as in this video. Get a door panel removal too and play with them. Look up those interior door panel clips to see what I mean. The motor/controller itself was about $350 before tax, but you might get it cheaper by ordering online, but watch the battery if you want to wait. Here's a video for how to take the door panel off and a link to the part:

The oddest thing to me is that all windows, including on the problem rear passenger-side door, do the 1/4" drop when exiting. How does it do that with a bad window motor? I ordered a new one from VW Parts Vortex, but before it shipped I realized I had a timing chain issue so I had the dealer do both the window motor and the timing chain. Costly! The horn does beep now when locking the car exactly as pslorenz21 said it would.
