Default !!2001 Passat replacing oil pan need help!!

Hi, today i was driving with my friend in a 01 passat, v6 4 motion and we hit a bump and some railroad tracks. About 20 seconds later the oil light came on and said stop engine, and something else that escapes me. I looked under the car and saw a hole about the size of a nickel in the oil pan. One of the problems was that her car didnt have the plastic guard under it at the time so the oil pan was right out in the open. All the oil leaked and and shes having it towed but as you know shops kill you when it comes to labor. Does anyone know how hard it would be to replace this, or how much it would cost in the shop to have it done. Thanks a lot

If you have any mechanical know how it should be pretty easy for you to do it. Here in Missouri the dealer charges $90 an hour. I've heard in California it's $130. And just as an example as far as parts mark up goes, I went to the dealer to try and buy a throttle body and they quoted me $650. I bought one online for $300.
