Default weird Jetta problems

I have a 2000 Jetta GLS. It was having starting issues so I replaced the Fuel pump relay. It ran good until it got cold. It was just clicking at the relay. It was turning over and getting spark and fuel... etc. I was told to change the coolant temp sensor. I changed it and reconnected the battery and now there is no spark or fuel getting to the cylinders. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You need to get your motor scanned for any error codes logged in the ecu and post them that will save alot of guessing.

its a 2000 Jetta 2.0 GLS. There is no engine light or codes. I've been told that its probably a security thing.
