VR6 2000,, pulse problem on the injectors

VR6 2000,, pulse problem on the injectors
hi there
I haveseveral problems with my vr6 jetta 2000, i replace 2 injectors on my jetta but when i start it they only work 1 of the 6 ,, they check with a code tester and i shows a lot of codes that i dont know,

The mechanic told me that the injectors doesnt have pulse correctly, it not run good ,, is not stable
can you help me?
Or i have to program the jetta computer with s good scaner from VW.. ?
