Default Newbie looking for info on Hilborn Injectors

I have a VW engine that I am restoring. I can get a set of Hilborn Injectors for it with the pump for $200.00 Is that a good deal? This engine actually goes into a rare 1970's rear engine sprint car. So I apologize if this is posted in the wrong forum. I just can't find info on it anywhere else.
It is a pair of Hilborn 1600-4-A, with pump and air horns. The ones on the engine now are bent/cracked from beingthrown around for years of storage. Any help would be appreciated...Thanks

your right about the wrong forum. however hilborn injection from thelate fifty's sixties was quite a cool set up but they had no room for change like altitude and weather so the best you could do was guess and the "horns" played an important part with airflo. i think the best guys to ask would be some of the nostalga drag racers, anyone else is probably too old tobe usinga computer forum.
