Default turn signal problem

hi .. i got a 99 jetta and it's having a turn signal problem. When ever i click it to turn left both the turn signals blinks on. However when i click it to turn right, it's normal (only the right turn signal blinks). i have replaced the hazard/turn signal switch on the steering column and it still does the same thing. Anyone have any ideas? Help please.. thanks!

So you have bought new switches and still doesnt work....
try to refer it to an electrician for the wire connections....your problem is somehow electrical....
or you must have bought a damaged vw turn signal switch..check out some sites for genuine vw parts..
