Hi everyone, we'll be looking into another wagon (they';re the best), and although i like volvo wagons we're also considering a jetta wagon. the ones i'm looking at are the 03'-04 models...with the 1.8T auto engine. Is there anything in particular to look at? are they good year/model? would you recommend this car? what milage does the t-belt need to be changed? the car i'm looking at is an 03 with about 112 000km on the clock and the belt hasn't been changed.
how are they on repairs? are they know for the famous "engine must be shut off now" and car dies???? i know some older passats faced this problem and engine sludge.
any info would be great.thanks
