Problem with CD Player (2007 Jetta)

Sometimes My cd changer does not find CDs.
Sometimes my new Jetta 2010 multimedia system has the cd tab gray out as it has no cd inside no matter it has 6 CDs inside. All of them are MP3s.
A solution for this is to eject one CD and insert the CD back. This will reset all CDs and make the system to work normal. It is annoying but works. I need to talk to the dealer since my jetta is only one month old.
