Default Part #'s for Throttle Body? HELP!!!

So my girlfriend's TPS is pretty screwed up. $700 for VW to replace the throttle body. I am trying to find it cheaper, but it is not easy. She has a 1998 VW Jetta 2.0L Wolzberg Edition, 5-speed manual. The part number for the throttle body is 037 133 064J. Now, I can find matching part #'s on eBay for the most part, but the letter at the end of the part number doesn't ever match. My first question: What does the letter at the end designate about the part? My second question: Can I get a part with the same part number, but an F or another letter at the end? I have been trying to find out this iformation for days with no luck. No pick-n-pulls around here have anything close to what I am looking for, and I am desperate to solve this problem. If anyone can help me with these questions, please reply. Thanks, Pike0101
