Oil change on 2014 TDI
hi,
I am told by the dealer that this car requires an oil change every 10K miles. It seems a little too much to me but i am old school. Is this right? 10K?
If i were to do it myself, like i have been doing with all my cars, anything weird i need to know about how to change the oil on a TDI?

Welcome to the forum. 
Yes 10k is the short oil change time they also specify a 20k service.
You could change the oil and filter yourself but you won't get the service schedule stamped for any warranty claim you may have in the future.
No disrespect to this forum but I would suggest you join VW TDI forum, Audi, Porsche, and Chevy Cruze diesel forum as well as there are plenty of tips and tricks.
