My engine is done for on my 2000 VW Jetta GL. I'm considering swapping for a 1.8t engine. I am having a local shop do the work for me because I am not even close to that level of expertise, but I'm worried about the cost... Other than the engine obviously, what all would need to be replaced when transitioning to a 1.8t from a NA 2.0?

A friend mentioned replacing exhaust? Anyone know any cheap ways to swap the N/A stock exhaust with something turbo friendly?
