I am a new member from Canada. Due to unexpected circumstances, I had to purchase a new Jetta 2022 in replacing my old Passat.

Together with the new purchase, I have bought an extended warranty with a coverage to 140,000 km.

My question is if I send my Jetta to a third party mechanics (non-dealership) for maintenance, will my warranty be void? Will VW not honour its warranty commitment?
