Hi, my name is Ray I am a new member to this forum and hope you can help? Today the warning light on my VW Bora for the glow plugs statrted to flash I was told to check my brake lights but the are OK can anyone tell me what else could be wrong and what to look for?

Glow plugs? Isn't that another term for spark plugs? Why would it have anything to do with brake lights?
