Default Gear problem

I have a 99 Jetta wolfsburg 5 speed old body.I have trouble sometimes getting it into second gear. I have had the transmission looked at a few times and the linkages checked..I have even gone so far as to change the gear shift.. still have the problem. Anyone have any ideas as to what I can do or what it could possibly be???

2nd gear synchronizer.....Probably no promises..... a cheap and easy possible solution.

Same thing is going on with my car tranny, it's the synchros. Also, if you miss shift and say, break a tooth, after awhile it gets harder to shift into that gear cause it keeps getting wound down. Make sense??
