Hello again
My 2015 Jetta TSI 1.8 owners manual says it was factory filled with G13 and only to refill with G12++ (yes I understand about coolant types and comparability)

yet G13 coolant is available.
Furthermore the coolant tank says G12. Not G12+ nor G12++ I will ignore the G12 but just find this should be far more consistent.

Also the manual claims only 40% coolant which protects down to -25. This is not good enough for our climate in Montreal. What have your experiences been?

what Coolant type are you topping up with?

G12 orange colour is the old antifreeze G13 purple colour is the newer one. I'm told you can't mix the G12 with G13.

yet my owners manual claims it is filled with "purple" G13 but also claims it should be pink! Oh well.
