I have a big question of my own that hopefully some of you senior VW members can answer for me. I know it sounds a little crazy and maybe stupid but will any other VW engines such as the 1.8T or the TDI 1.9 bolt up to my 2001 VR6 5 speed? Also i seen an all wheel drive jetta, would there be anyway to swap the drive train with the correct parts onto my car? Looking to build my car and gain some foreign car experience mechanically wise. IF NOT, then I am looking for a low mileage 2001+ VR6 12v engine to go through and install
