DV-BOV what do I use??

DV-BOV what do I use??
I have a 2009 GLI STI 2.0 with a twin intake system and APR tuning. I've heard turbo blow back is bad for the cars DV and Im not sure what to do to fix it. Who has an idea what I can do to keep this from happening??
