Just wondering what people think of VW's decision to change the price of the Jetta. Has anyone driven both the older, more expensive version of the Jetta and the newer, less expensive version? I'd be curious to read any feedback on the change.

 

I drove a 2005 Jetta a few years back and loved it that's what got me to buy the 2011 Jetta SEL in my opinion they both handle beautifully it appeared they got rid of a few unnecessary gadgets. In the 2005 it had to two separate climate control buttons for the car, in the new Jetta I had there was only one climate control for the whole car. The steering wheel design looked like it had changed as well it had an area with comfort grips in the 2 and 10 position.It also came with navigation sirius radio ect, in my opinion it was a beautiful car

 

I love it because I was able to afford one. I've dreamed of owning a Jetta since 2000 and I finally was able to do it as of Sunday.
