Also, I noticed (after I had bought the car of course) that the transmission sometimes feels like it just effing fell out of the car. It jerks so hard sometimes I can't believe it. Now when I say sometimes I mean like once every week sometimes more, I have noticed it happening mostly when engine is cold, or if im stopped going up a slight hill, then go to take off, if I press gas lightly its not too bad but still happens. But it could happen at any time. Anybody have any ideas? Maybe fluid low? I called dealer and asked how much to just check the tranny fluid cause im not sure how(if you know how that would be nice to share) but im not paying $130 just to have my fluid checked, not even flushed and refilled, just checked. 99 jetta 2.0 89k auto trans, any ideas welcome.
