The rear view mirror that I currently have installed is a POS. Definitely not the original. It tends to be somewhat loose and move around if I hit a bump or anything like that.

Anywhere in particular I should go to get another one? I saw an auto-dimming one but $104 for a mirror? No thanks.

Also, how to remove/install?

salvage yard, ebay, or craigs list, thare are alot of part cars by my house.

i think it just pops off the ball and the brace is just glued ithink

 

hold on, you said it was after market . i missed that. thare mite b a set scruw on the bottom of the brace with a button that is glued to the window. if not it comes off like i said before.
